My name is Lisa Rochford. I am proud to say that I am Kansas Grown-with my original roots in Topeka, Kansas. I am the youngest of nine brothers and sisters. I attended Washburn University and the University of Kansas. (Rock-Chalk JayHawk!! - at least during the basketball season…)

I have a wonderful husband, Bob who is very supportive. We have two active boys who attend DCPV. Austin is in the 5th grade and Sam is in the 2nd.

For several years, I worked as a Visual Merchandiser for Dillard Department Stores. It was a great job, but didn’t really fit into trying to raise a family. I’ve been a stay-at-home Mom since our boys were born, so I’m very excited to be here at Prairie Vale !

After living several years in Overland Park, Kansas and Arlington, Texas, my husband’s job brought us here to Edmond, Oklahoma. With my husband being a huge Cornhusker fan and me missing my friends back in Texas, I thought we would never adjust to living here in Oklahoma. Now I can’t imagine living anywhere else!!
 

We feel so lucky to have found such a great community to call home. I am looking forward to being a part of Prairie Vale and contributing in helping make our school a great place for all of our children to learn and grow. Come by and say “Hey !” to me in the Office.
