I am very happy to be part of the Deer Creek community and a teacher at Prairie Vale. I have always had a passion for teaching Language Arts to the older elementary students. Before teaching at Prairie Vale, I taught 5th and 6th grade students at Lawton, Oklahoma. I received my bachelor’s degree from East Central University in Ada, Ok.

The area of my life that I am most proud of is my wonderful family. My husband Tobin is the youth minister at Quail Springs Baptist Church. We have three wonderful sons Reid, Blaine, and Kale. Reid and Blaine are Deer Creek graduates and Kale is a student at the high school.
