Erin Bryan

4th Grade

I was born and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma where I learned early on watching my father teach that I wanted to follow in his footsteps. I attended The University of Oklahoma where I received a Bachelor of Science in Education in December of 1995. The following August I got a job with Lawton Public Schools where I taught for four and a half years before moving to Oklahoma City.

I love being part of the Prairie Vale staff! It was a blessing to get this job and to be able to work with such a dedicated team of teachers, administrators, and support staff. I’m here to stay!

Before teaching at Prairie Vale I had the amazing opportunity to take over a pottery studio, which I renamed “Get Fired” on Western Avenue and loved every minute of it!!! We organized children and adult painting parties as well as summer art classes. What a great learning experience it was for me! Besides custom painting, some of my favorite things to do are gardening, cooking, traveling, and working on my scrapbooks.
