4th Grade

Welcome to my fourth grade class! Deer Creek Prairie Vale is a great place to be and I have many fun activities planned for the school year. I have 15 years teaching experience in these areas: Kindergarten, second grade, third grade, fourth grade, fifth grade, librarian, and enrichment.

After graduation from the University of Oklahoma, I taught at Deer Creek and Sangre Ridge in Stillwater. I was also a textbook consultant for MacMillan McGraw-Hill Publishing Company and Children's Director at St. Luke's United Methodist Church. I have National Board Certification and was chosen to attend the Williamsburg Teacher Institute.

My son, Ryan, who attends UCO is majoring in Communications and is a manager at Pump It Up in Edmond. My daughter, Holly, who is attending OU this Fall is majoring in International Area Studies before going to law school. She is a manager at Pump It Up in Norman.
