- President’s Report-Lori Burgin
- Motion made and carried to accept the minutes as being read
- Motion made to accept Becky Knox’s name as PTO secretary to the slate
- Vote made and motion carried to accept nominated PTO officers from slate to be 2010-2011 officers
- President Traci Ratliff
- Vice President Amy Prince
- Treasurer Alecia Morgan
- Secretary Becky Knox
- Money made from PVAY will be given to Mrs. Anderson soon
- Money from Creek Classic has been figured and Prairie Vale will receive their check soon
- Deer Creek has broken ground on new middle school, it will take around 18 months to complete, expected to be completed in January 2012
- Kindergarten round up was successful and we enrolled 39 new kindergarteners
- Teacher Appreciation will be the 1st week of May
- Treasurer’s Report-Lori Burgin
- Motion made and approved to except report as being read/covered
- Principal’s Report-Michelle Anderson
- 3rd quarter progress reports go home on 4/22
- 4/23 the Honor Choir will be performing at the Downtown Arts Festival
- Testing will be held the weeks of 4/19, 4/26 and 5/3
- 5/4 4th grade program
- 5/16 is Chicks and Cheerios
- Special Olympics were 4/7 and Josh Kuykendall was named athlete of the year
- Looking to add a facebook and twitter link for Prairie Vale
