    The theme for the 2011-2012 school year is "Prairie Vale World Tour." Your children will visit seven continents in 180 days.

  • Blue Ribbon School

    The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program recognizes public and non-public elementary, middle, and high schools where students achieve at very high levels and/or where the achievement gap in narrowing. The Program sets a standard of excellence for all schools striving for the highest level of achievement.

  • Dudes and Donuts

    All students in the third grade can invite their dad or a special friend to come to school to visit for breakfast. They can also tour the school if they wish.

backpack-girl2012-2013 ENROLLMENT

Please be sure to look for the 2012-2013 enrollment packets going home Thursday, March 1. Please complete all forms and return to the office by Friday, March 9 to ensure your child is placed on a class list for next year. Remember you will also do residency verification in the summer by providing two utility bills to complete your enrollment. More information will be sent home at the end of the school year.

MY SCHOOL'S COOL

Plan an adventure over spring break at Quail Springs Mall! Don't forget to bring your receipts from the mall to the office! Please be sure to mark on your receipt the teacher that you would like to get credit. The teacher who has the highest total will win an Apple IPad for the classroom! The My School's Cool promotion goes through April. You may also turn your receipts into customer service at the mall. Every dollar spent equals points for Prairie Vale. The more points we earn the higher the amount of money we can earn! Don't forget about receipts from the movie theater, food court, BJ's or TGI Fridays! Currently we are in 1st place!


HOT or COLD

Please remind your child if they would like a hot lunch that they need to let their teacher know in the morning during lunch count. The cafeteria needs an exact count to ensure that they can provide a hot lunch for those who have signed up. Also, we are seeing a lot of food being thrown away, please go over the menu and see if they prefer a hot or cold lunch. This will ensure your child receives a proper lunch and does not go hungry.
